TonyWang-hub/mcp-cn-commerce MCP server is a Python monorepo containing independent MCP servers for Chinese commerce platforms. The supported services are Ocean Engine and Qianchuan, Douyin Shop, JD.com, Taobao, Pinduoduo, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Store.

The connector focuses on merchant operations data rather than content publishing. Depending on the platform, agents can inspect orders, products, after-sales cases, refunds, logistics, reviews, inventory, store information, marketing data, and advertising performance. Ocean Engine and Qianchuan provide advertising-oriented data such as campaigns, reports, and account balances.

All exposed business tools are described as read-only. An agent can analyze retrieved records, but the server is not intended to change products, orders, campaigns, or other platform data.

How it works

TonyWang-hub/mcp-cn-commerce MCP server uses the Model Context Protocol over local stdio. The package includes separate entry points, including mcp-cn-oceanengine, mcp-cn-doudian, mcp-cn-jd, mcp-cn-taobao, mcp-cn-pinduoduo, mcp-cn-kuaishou, mcp-cn-xiaohongshu, and mcp-cn-weixin-store.

Install the package once, then configure only the platform servers an agent needs. Each platform exposes its own collection of tools. The repository lists 147 tools in total across the eight platform servers, including platform-specific operations and four shared operational tools: metrics, request traces, alerts, and CSV or JSON export. Request metrics and tracing are collected during calls.

Setup and configuration

The project targets Python 3.11 or newer and can be installed from PyPI with pip install mcp-cn-commerce. Credentials may be exported in the shell or placed in an MCP client’s environment configuration.

The README documents App Key, App Secret, and Access Token settings for Ocean Engine. Douyin Shop additionally uses a shop ID. JD.com uses App Key, App Secret, and Access Token.
