What SiteCheck does
The SiteCheck MCP server exposes a collection of paid, single-request tools through one MCP API. Its catalog covers website audits, page extraction, technology detection, sitemap discovery, PDF text extraction, translation, embeddings, chat, image generation, speech transcription, and text-to-speech. It also provides email checks, domain and DNS/RDAP lookups, EU VAT validation, IBAN validation, LEI searches, foreign-exchange rates, and business or compliance records.
The SiteCheck MCP server also includes Solana token, trending-token, and wallet data. Optional prediction-market tools connect to Panta for market search, neutral market briefs, quotes, and unsigned buy transactions. These tools do not custody funds or sign transactions.
How it works
Connect an MCP client to the live endpoint at https://api.sitecheck-api.workers.dev/mcp. Calls are paid individually with the x402 protocol. A request that requires payment returns HTTP 402 with the price available on Base, Solana, and Arc. The agent selects a network where it holds USDC, signs the payment, and retries or completes the request to obtain the response.
No account or API key is required for the public service. Discovery information is available from /.well-known/x402 and /openapi.json. The service runs on Cloudflare Workers and Workers AI. Data freshness and source behavior vary by tool; for example, page reading fetches a page once, while UK insolvency results use a nightly cache covering the previous eight days.
Setup and configuration
Configure the MCP client with the service's /mcp endpoint. The README does not specify a client-specific setup file or required environment variable for ordinary tools. Prediction-market tools become visible only when the deployment has the PANTA_API_KEY secret configured. A separate OSHA API key may be needed by a deployment for OSHA enforcement data.
Payment requires a wallet capable of signing USDC transactions on one of the supported networks. For Panta buy flows, the agent supplies its wallet address and signs the returned Solana transaction itself; SiteCheck does not hold keys or broadcast on the agent's behalf.
Tools and capabilities
- Audit sites for WCAG 2.2 issues, SEO basics, security headers, and detected technologies.
- Read web pages as Markdown or text while respecting robots.txt.
- Extract text from text-based PDFs up to 15 MB.
- Check emails, domains, VAT numbers, IBANs, and LEIs.
- Retrieve recalls, enforcement cases, UK insolvency notices, and exchange rates.
- Inspect Solana tokens and wallets, including pricing, liquidity, holders, and risk flags.
- Search Panta markets, request briefs and quotes, and build unsigned buy transactions.
- Use hosted chat, image, transcription, speech, embedding, and translation models.
Limitations and notes
Page reading does not execute JavaScript, so browser-rendered content may be empty. PDFs and other binary files are not accepted by the page reader. Email checking performs no SMTP verification; an unknown result does not prove that a mailbox exists. Domain availability results may not account for premium or reserved names.
PDF extraction supports text PDFs, not scanned documents. Prediction-market responses are informational and include a disclaimer rather than financial advice. Panta catalog and price data are cached briefly, and failed Panta calls do not settle payment. The SiteCheck MCP server returns data from external providers, so source coverage, freshness, and availability depend on those providers.
