What the PropFácil MCP server does

The PropFácil MCP server gives AI agents access to authorized real-estate listings in Mexico through a hosted MCP endpoint. Public capabilities include searching properties by city, price, bedroom count, transaction type, or geographic radius. An agent can also open an individual property record and retrieve available phone, WhatsApp, or original-listing links.

The service also supports MCP Apps-compatible cards, comparisons, and maps when the connected host can render that interface. Hosts without MCP Apps support still receive the underlying structured results.

OAuth adds account-linked operations. Authenticated users can list and inspect favorite lists, save properties, rename or remove entries, delete lists, and view or publish their linked listings.

How it works

Connect an MCP client to https://www.propfacil.com/api/mcp using Streamable HTTP. The repository describes a hosted deployment rather than a package intended for local execution, so cloning the repository is not part of the normal setup. The repository contains distribution metadata, installation guidance, and documentation for the production service.

The server exposes twelve model-visible tools and one private UI restoration tool. Public search and property tools can be used without an account. When an agent invokes a protected favorite or publishing tool, an MCP client with OAuth support starts the account-linking flow. The account determines which saved lists and linked listings are available.

Setup and configuration

Add the remote endpoint to an MCP client configuration. A generic HTTP entry uses the following structure:

Protected operations require a client that supports MCP OAuth. The project provides installation instructions for ChatGPT, Codex, Cline, and generic MCP clients.

Tools and capabilities

The PropFácil MCP server organizes its capabilities into these practical groups:

• Search authorized listings using location, price, bedrooms, transaction type, or radius filters.
• Open a property record for more information.
• Retrieve phone, WhatsApp, or source-listing links associated with an authorized property.
• Render property cards, comparisons, and maps in compatible MCP Apps hosts.
• Read favorite lists and manage their contents after OAuth account linking.
• View and publish listings belonging to the linked user.

Limitations and notes

Interactive cards and maps depend on MCP Apps UI support in the host. Without that support, the client can still consume normal structured data. Favorite and publishing functions are not public; they require OAuth and a linked user account. Remote Streamable HTTP support is also required from the MCP client.

The repository is not the production backend. It distributes connection metadata, documentation, and related assets for the hosted service. The project metadata and configuration examples are under the MIT License, while the PropFácil name and logo are excluded from that license by the repository’s trademark notice.
