What HYPD AI - Paid Ads & Analytics MCP server does
HYPD AI - Paid Ads & Analytics provides read-only analysis of connected advertising and measurement accounts through Claude. It can examine Google Ads campaigns, spend, ROAS, CPA, account summaries, and custom date-range queries. Meta coverage includes campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative details, audience insights, catalogs, and lead forms.
The service also works with Google Analytics 4 for ecommerce and campaign reporting, landing-page analysis, funnels, conversion paths, and attribution comparisons. Merchant Center capabilities include feed diagnostics, disapproved-product checks, product performance, price competitiveness, and competitive visibility. Separate research functions cover keyword ideas, search volume, Google Ads Transparency results, live search results, and Shopping data. Landing-page audits can return quality scores, resource details, and screenshots.
The HYPD AI - Paid Ads & Analytics MCP server is intended for questions such as finding wasted budget, identifying creative fatigue, comparing Google Ads with GA4 attribution, or reviewing a competitor’s Facebook and Instagram ads. Prompt templates, marketing skills, and saved business context can provide answers based on the connected accounts, brand, and stated goals.
How it works
After installation, the plugin connects Claude to HYPD’s API at mcp.hypd.ai. The first use starts an OAuth authorization flow. A HYPD account is required, and at least one advertising account must be connected from the HYPD Sources page before analysis can use account data.
The plugin responds to explicit tool calls made through the MCP connection. It does not register lifecycle hooks, observe activity outside those calls, or send telemetry to destinations other than HYPD’s API. Its operations are reporting and analysis only: it cannot create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, budgets, ads, or other objects in the connected platforms.
Setup and configuration
Create a HYPD account at app.hypd.ai and connect at least one supported source. Claude Code users can add the HYPD-AI marketplace, install hypd-ai-ads, reload plugins, and authenticate the hypd MCP entry. Authentication can also be started with the documented claude mcp login command.
For Claude’s desktop app and Cowork, add the repository as a plugin marketplace, synchronize it, install HYPD AI - Paid Ads & Analytics from the Personal tab, and connect the HYPD AI Ads connector. A terminal installation does not carry over to Cowork, so Cowork requires this separate setup path.
The desktop app also supports uploading the release ZIP instead of using the marketplace. Uploaded copies do not update automatically. No environment variables are documented or required; authentication is handled through OAuth.
