What BezBaseina MCP server does

BezBaseina MCP server exposes bezbaseina.lv property data and owner operations to AI clients. The public endpoint is intended for read-only research across Latvia, including rentals, properties for sale, and nightly stays. It provides listing search, individual listing details, and market statistics without requiring authentication.

The owner endpoint adds authenticated operations for property managers and owners. These include creating, editing, and publishing listings; managing listing photos; changing prices; handling leads; and using the available AI assistance tools. Owner access is separate from public search and requires the account holder to approve OAuth access.

How it works

The service uses Streamable HTTP and returns stateless JSON responses. Public access is available at https://bezbaseina.lv/mcp. Owner functionality is available at https://bezbaseina.lv/mcp/owner, where OAuth 2.1 uses PKCE and dynamic client registration. The server supports MCP protocol versions from 2024-11-05 through 2025-06-18.

The public tool set consists of list_public_listings, get_public_listing, and market_summary. The owner endpoint contains the full 20-tool owner set. Actions that can change or remove data, such as publishing, pausing, changing a price, or deleting, use a two-step flow. The first call returns a proposed change and diff; a separate confirm_action call is required to apply it.

Setup and configuration

Use https://bezbaseina.lv/mcp/owner when owner tools are needed. In supported clients, OAuth opens the BezBaseina login and consent flow; the documented connection instructions say to leave OAuth fields empty. Access can be revoked from the BezBaseina dashboard under Pārvalde → API.

A local stdio option is also documented. Run npx -y bezbaseina@latest mcp start to use the owner toolset with token-based access.
