Tintin Tryon MCP server provides MCP tools for evaluating and updating product photography for fashion stores on Shopify. Its audit workflow reads a storeβs public product sitemap, so the store account is not needed for that operation. The audit looks for listing photos that are at least 180 days old, images that do not match the relevant season, and shoot opportunities tied to the retail calendar.
The result includes work orders for photo changes. These work orders contain the information needed to call a try-on generation tool and include an estimated credit cost. The service also provides a seasonal guide covering shoot windows such as Labor Day, Halloween, fall/winter launches, Black Friday, and the holiday period. Each window can include an urgency state, a deadline, and a link to a category-specific guide with recommended shots.
Start with audit_store and provide a Shopify store. For a free test, pass the store and one listing image URL from an audit work order to create_preview_job. Each store gets one free on-model preview, and no account is required for this preview path. Use get_preview_status to poll until the job completes. A successful preview returns an image URL that remains valid for one hour.
For paid generation, call create_tryon_job with a garment or product image URL. A 2K result costs one studio credit, while a 4K result costs two. The account must provide an API key. Poll the resulting job with get_job_status; completed jobs return presigned output image URLs that are also valid for one hour. get_credits_balance reports the remaining studio credits and provides a top-up link.
Tintin Tryon MCP server exposes these capabilities:
audit_store: Find old, seasonally unsuitable, or calendar-sensitive product photos and produce repair work orders.get_seasonal_guide: Check relevant retail shoot windows, deadlines, urgency, and category guidance.create_preview_job: Request the single free 2K on-model preview for a store.get_preview_status: Check the preview and retrieve its temporary image URL.create_tryon_job: Generate a 2K or 4K on-model image using studio credits.get_job_status: Poll a paid generation job and retrieve temporary output URLs.get_credits_balance: View the account balance and top-up destination. The audit and seasonal guide do not require an account, and the preview flow does not require an account either. Paid try-on generation, paid job status checks, and credit-balance checks require an API key. The image URL supplied to a preview should come from an audit work order, while paid generation accepts a garment or product image URL. Returned preview and paid-result URLs expire after one hour, so downstream systems should download or process results within that period. The provided material does not specify installation commands, transport details, environment-variable names, or a software license.
