How it works

The assistant receives a natural-language request, selects the relevant calculator, and returns the calculation. Inputs depend on the case. They can include purchase price, cadastral income, property type, first-home relief, seller type, mortgage details, family relationships, beneficiaries, the value of an inheritance, or the birth date of a person retaining usufruct.

Results show the total and individual items where applicable. They can also include each beneficiary's amount, the values of usufruct and bare ownership, the difference between selling and gifting, or inheritance shares expressed as fractions and euros. Answers include the date on which figures were last checked, exclusions from the calculation, and a link to the corresponding calculator page on the office website.

The tools are read-only. The service does not send questions to the notary's office or store the questions themselves; it only counts how often each calculator is used.

Limitations and notes

The calculators provide estimates based on the information supplied and are not notary-fee quotes or advice for a specific matter. Notary fees are excluded. The purchase-tax calculator does not cover exchanges, divisions, auctions, or leasing, and concerns full ownership. The usufruct calculator covers lifetime usufruct, not fixed-term usufruct, and does not calculate taxes or market value.

The inheritance-share calculator does not calculate succession taxes and does not cover every family situation, including grandparents, other relatives, renunciation, or unworthiness.
