What is this?

SmartAgent is a CRM built specifically for real estate agencies. It handles the daily work of a brokerage: incoming leads, agent tasks, sales pipelines, property listings and their publication to classified portals, client notes, saved searches, and team management.

Note on audience: SmartAgent is a Russian-language product serving real estate agencies in Russia and the CIS. The CRM interface, tool descriptions and returned data are in Russian. This README is in English because MCP catalogs and clients are international — but if you are not a SmartAgent customer, this server will not be useful to you.

This repository publishes the MCP (Model Context Protocol) server manifest for SmartAgent. The server lets any MCP-compatible AI assistant — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or your own agent — read and act on your CRM data on your behalf: find leads, create tasks, move deals through the pipeline, look up property listings, leave notes, and more.

Typical things you can ask your assistant once it's connected:

• "What leads came in this week that nobody has called yet?"
• "Create a follow-up task for tomorrow on this deal and leave a note about the call."
• "Show me the two-bedroom listings we have in this district under 15M."
• "Which deals are stuck in the 'viewing scheduled' stage for more than 10 days?"

This repository contains only the public manifest, icon and documentation. The CRM and the MCP server implementation are closed source and are not published here.

Server details

Access and limits

MCP access is part of the SmartAgent corporate plan. Keys issued on trial, free or regular plans are rejected with 403.

Getting an API key

1. Log in to your SmartAgent account at smartagent.ru (the company must be on the corporate plan).
2. Open Menu → API keys in the CRM.
3. Create a key and copy it. It looks like sa_mcp_ followed by 64 hex characters.

The key carries the permissions of the account it belongs to and gives access to your company's CRM data — treat it like a password. Don't commit it to a repository, don't paste it into shared chats, and revoke it in the same screen if it leaks.

Connecting your MCP client

The server is remote — there is nothing to install. Point your client at the URL and pass the key in the Authorization header.

Restart the client afterwards. The SmartAgent tools should then appear in the tool list.

Clients without native remote-server support

If your client can only launch local (stdio) servers, bridge to the remote endpoint with mcp-remote:

Authentication notes

The API key is accepted in any of these forms:

Use whichever your client supports. Authorization: Bearer ... is the recommended default.

Tool names and parameters are discovered automatically by your MCP client via tools/list — there is nothing to memorise. Each tool is described in Russian, matching the CRM's own terminology.

Security & privacy

• Access is scoped to the account that issued the API key: the assistant sees your company's data and nothing else.
• Keys can be revoked at any time in Menu → API keys.
• Data handling is covered by our Privacy Policy.
• Give the key only to AI clients you trust — an assistant with this key can modify CRM records, not just read them.
