The public install path has been verified from a clean workspace. The skill itself is at skills/signal-lab-apify-tools/SKILL.md. Installing the skill does not supply Apify credentials; paid Actor or MCP execution still uses the installer's own Apify authentication.

Use it when you already have public vacancy URLs and need structured fields for ATS ingestion, recruiting automation, hiring-market monitoring, or downstream CSV/JSON workflows. The Actor can return job title, company, location, salary/currency when present, employment type, published/valid-through dates, source URL, and structured JobPosting metadata exposed by the page. Missing source fields are not invented.
