Print and Mail Company MCP server lets Claude arrange physical letters through Print and Mail Company, a Luxembourg-based mailing service. The service prints supplied letter text or PDF files, places them in envelopes with printed recipient addresses, and posts them from Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or Germany. Available delivery can be standard or registered mail, with destinations worldwide.

The integration supports common mailing tasks such as preparing a cancellation letter, pricing a multi-page PDF, and checking the status of a previously sent letter.

How it works

Claude communicates with the remote MCP endpoint at https://printandmailcompany.com/mcp. The connector runs no local code. Letter text or PDF files, along with the addresses supplied by the user, are sent to Print and Mail Company for printing and mailing.

Before sending, Claude shows the recipient, page count, and exact price, then waits for confirmation in the chat. Payment uses prepaid account credit; the assistant does not pay by card. Uploaded documents are deleted 30 days after posting.

The Print and Mail Company MCP server can provide pricing, destination information, and PDF checks without an account. Composing, uploading, sending, and tracking require signing in to a Print and Mail Company account through OAuth the first time.

Setup and configuration

The repository includes a .mcp.json connector configured for the remote service. Add or use that connector in Claude rather than running a local process. The endpoint is https://printandmailcompany.com/mcp.

An account is not needed for quotes, destination lists, or PDF checks. Account access is required for the operations that create, upload, send, or track letters. Sending also requires available prepaid credit.
