Connect from Claude.ai

1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Enter https://mcp.pingram.io (or your region’s URL).
3. Sign in to Pingram when prompted and approve access.

Connect from ChatGPT

1. Add a custom MCP connector.
2. Use https://mcp.pingram.io (or your region’s URL).
3. Sign in to Pingram when prompted.

Sign in to Pingram the first time Cursor connects.

Authentication

• Sign in with the same Pingram account you use in the dashboard (email, Google, or Microsoft).
• No API key is required for the hosted connector.
• The agent acts as you, scoped to your Pingram account.
• To disconnect, remove the connector or sign out in your AI client’s settings.
