How it works

Remote MCP clients connect to https://app.marketscore.ru/api/mcp. After opening the connection, the client starts an OAuth login flow. The Yandex token is not passed to the AI assistant. The service applies the account’s subscription and returns the tools available for that plan; without an active plan, it returns no tools.

Local clients use the npm package as a stdio bridge:

A typical MCP configuration starts that command with no additional arguments. The package then connects the local client to the hosted Direct Manager MCP service.

Write actions use separate annotations so the client can identify changes before applying them. The service also handles Direct API errors, including cases where an API response is technically successful but the requested change was not applied.

Setup and configuration

For Claude Desktop, Claude web or Code, and ChatGPT, add the remote MCP connector URL. Local users of Cursor, VS Code, Cline, or Zed can configure the npx command as an MCP server, for example:

An active Direct Manager account is required. The service offers a seven-day Pro trial at registration, followed by subscription plans that vary by account count and tool availability.

Limitations and notes

The advertising endpoint is separate from MarketScore’s SEO MCP endpoint at https://app.marketscore.ru/api/mcp/seo. SEO tools, subscriptions, and access do not come with the Direct Manager connection, and the two endpoints expose different tool sets. The connector also depends on the hosted service, its OAuth flow, and an active Direct Manager subscription rather than providing a standalone local implementation of Yandex Direct access.
