No accounts, no API keys, no rate-limit tiers. This repo holds the public metadata, connection docs and examples — the product source is private.

`get_ipo_snapshot`	Full IPO company profile — deal terms, pricing range, expected market cap, SEC registration and prospectus details, offering structure, lifecycle timeline, IBKR indicative borrow fee. Includes AI research with valuation models, competitor benchmarking, underwriter ratings, board analysis and risk factors where available. One of `companyId`, `symbol` or `cik`.
`get_ipo_sentiment`	Proprietary daily IPO-market sentiment score, −100 (extreme bearish) to +100 (extreme bullish), with trend over the last N days. Identifies favourable IPO windows and overall appetite for new listings.
`get_company_metrics`	Live valuation metrics for any US-listed company, not just IPOs: SEC XBRL companyfacts TTM fundamentals plus latest close → P/E, P/S, EV/Revenue, EV/EBITDA, PEG, linear yields, net-debt/EBITDA, margins, YoY growth. One of `symbol` or `companyName`.
`get_ipo_social_sentiment`	Aggregate X/Twitter sentiment for a specific IPO, −1 to +1, with label, post tallies and a one-line summary. Aggregate signal only, not the underlying posts.

Paying with x402

Endpoints under /api/agent/* are machine-payable using the open x402 protocol. USDC on Base mainnet (eip155:8453).

Call the endpoint. Unpaid requests return HTTP 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header describing price, asset, network and recipient.
Your x402 client signs the payment and retries with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header.
The payment is verified and settled on-chain, then the data returns with a PAYMENT-RESPONSE settlement header.
