Official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for EstateTrace — the real-time pre-probate and inheritance property intelligence engine operated by Pa Luna Data Services LLC.

Enables Claude Desktop, Cursor, OpenClaw, and autonomous AI swarms to discover, evaluate, and acquire exclusive off-market distressed property signals before formal probate court filings occur.
