What Dynamoi does
The Dynamoi MCP server gives AI agents access to Dynamoi, a music marketing platform for artists, labels, managers, and YouTube creators. It covers free Spotify Smart Links, managed Meta and YouTube campaigns, campaign and audience analytics, platform connection status, and music distribution applications.

How it works
The hosted endpoint is https://dynamoi.com/mcp. MCP clients connect over remote Streamable HTTP and authenticate through OAuth. After sign-in, access depends on the user's permissions for the relevant artist, campaign, or Smart Link. The server exposes a directory catalog for some hosts and a fuller catalog for other signed-in clients.
Read tools cover account and artist rosters, campaign details, analytics, platform readiness, distribution eligibility, Smart Links, and product information. Data-returning tools preserve information such as coverage dates, freshness, unavailable states, and synthetic or sample qualifications. Agents should not interpret missing analytics as zero, treat estimated YouTube revenue as a payout, or attribute observed channel and playlist results to a paid campaign without explicit support.
The server also includes write-capable workflows. These include creating Smart Links, changing Smart Link descriptions or artist settings, and submitting a distribution application after the listed eligibility requirements are met. Distribution submission records an application for manual review; it does not approve distribution or deliver releases to stores.
Setup and configuration
Use the hosted Dynamoi MCP endpoint instead of installing a local process when the client supports remote Streamable HTTP and OAuth. Claude custom connectors, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Codex CLI are documented as supported connection methods. ChatGPT can use the published Dynamoi app or a custom app in developer mode.
Clients that only support stdio need a remote-to-stdio bridge. The user signs in on first use. No environment variables or local configuration values are documented as required for the hosted connection.

Limitations and notes
Campaign, account, and Smart Link access is permission-controlled. The available catalog can vary by client and sign-in state; directory access does not include every campaign or billing action. Smart Links created from high-popularity or unverifiable artists may remain unpublished during verification, and Spotify playlist URLs are not supported for Smart Link creation.
YouTube channel data requires a connected channel and can arrive two to three days late, with revenue potentially lagging further. It reports estimated revenue rather than AdSense payouts, and it does not provide ad spend. Distribution requires five stated conditions, including Spotify and YouTube connections and audience thresholds, but satisfying them does not guarantee approval. Campaign outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
