One-click editor setup isn’t available for this listing yet — we don’t have a confirmed install command, and we’d rather show nothing than point your editor at the wrong package or host. Follow the project’s own setup instructions, linked above.

ComplyEaze Bridge MCP server links Claude Desktop with a TallyPrime installation running on the user’s own computer. It is intended for chartered accountants, CA firms, and accountants who need to query company data or prepare accounting work for review.
Read-only queries cover loaded companies, trial balance, ledger masters, ledger movement, receivables and payables with ageing, vouchers, purchase and sales registers, stock summaries, cash flow, Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet data. Some reports have specific constraints: Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet requests are expected to be refused for books with stock items, while stock summaries are limited to small books and a 31 March date.
The ComplyEaze Bridge MCP server can also parse password-protected SBI, HDFC, or Union Bank of India statement PDFs and propose Payment, Receipt, and Contra vouchers. It can validate ledger names, build Journal, Payment, Receipt, and Contra import files, and verify batches that were imported manually into TallyPrime.
The package runs as a Claude Desktop extension using an .mcpb file. It communicates with TallyPrime on the local computer. Calls that read data do not change the books. The server writes local records such as tool-call receipts, import files, proposal files, proof files, and status records depending on the operation.
Posting is off by default. With posting enabled, saved vouchers appear for individual approval in a ComplyEaze Bridge window before they are posted. A separate review acknowledgement is available when a posted voucher’s ledger points to a different master.
The current release described in the README is mcp-v0.5.1, provided for Windows x64 and Apple Silicon Macs as a Claude Desktop extension. The project states that it has not been run in other MCP clients. The package is not code-signed, so the operating system may display a warning before opening it.
Use a test company first, particularly when checking report results or enabling posting. No required environment variables are documented in the supplied material.
The published build contains 23 tools, including:
list_companies and tally_status for checking loaded companies and gateway availability.trial_balance, ledger_movement, outstandings, vouchers, purchase_register, and sales_register for accounting queries.profit_and_loss, balance_sheet, cash_flow, and stock_summary for financial and inventory reporting.parse_bank_statement, validate_masters, build_import_xml, verify_import, and voucher_presence for statement-to-voucher workflows.egress_log, read_evidence, and local_data_report for inspecting local records and receipts.Additional posting tools appear only when posting is enabled. Several tools listed in source, including company_features, gst_status, statement_tie_out, and voucher_read_cost, are not included in the published build described by the README.
The server is not made by or affiliated with Tally Solutions. Release checks confirm package launch, tool listing, and synthetic encrypted-statement parsing, but do not exercise a real TallyPrime installation or every Tally edition, book, or setting. Report behavior and tool coverage should therefore be tested against the intended company.
Bank statement proposals are written for review and import rather than automatically applied. Purchase and sales registers reflect recorded vouchers and are not GST returns. The project also notes that chat data read from books is sent to the configured AI provider as part of the conversation.
