What Agent C β App Store Screenshots MCP server does
Agent C β App Store Screenshots MCP server connects an MCP client to Agent C and, through it, to App Store Connect for screenshot workflows. It can identify apps already added to the Agent C account, add a released app from its App Store link, or create an unreleased app entry by name. A live-app import can take roughly 10β30 seconds, so agents should check list_apps until the app is ready.
The workflow starts with raw captures of the app. The service can accept one to ten PNG or JPEG images as base64 data or public HTTPS URLs. It can also provide a temporary upload URL for sending local files with curl, keeping large images out of the conversation. The design step produces a complete screenshot set with an opening image, slide headlines, UI close-ups, and colors drawn from the app. Preview images are watermarked until the set is unlocked.
How it works
After uploading screenshots, call design_set to generate a set. Use get_set to retrieve current slides, unlock status, and updated previews. edit_set can revise a headline, subline, screenshot, layout, position, opening shot, device size, or App Store header, and can remove slides. Editing and designing are free.
unlock_set uses an available free unlock or returns a Stripe checkout link for the user to open and pay. Studio subscribers are already unlocked. Once unlocked, export_set produces watermark-free files at the required App Store dimensions and supplies download links valid for seven days. When a header exists, the export also includes product-page and search-results images.
Setup and configuration
Create an API key in Agent C settings, then connect the hosted endpoint at https://api.theagentc.io/mcp with an Authorization: Bearer <key> header. The README provides setup examples for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Claude Desktop. Codex can read the key from AGENTC_KEY; the Claude Desktop example uses AGENTC_AUTH for the bearer value.
The Agent C β App Store Screenshots MCP server is remote, so the repository describes the public metadata and configuration rather than a local server process. The API key is used for studio operations and can be revoked. App Store Connect credentials connected in Agent C are encrypted at rest and used when sending screenshots.

design_set and get_set: Create and inspect designed sets and previews.
edit_set: Adjusts slide content, layout, ordering, device size, opening shot, and headers.
unlock_set and export_set: Unlock and download final files.
send_to_app_store: Replaces screenshots for a device size in an editable App Store Connect version.
Limitations and notes
Sending to App Store Connect requires the user to have connected App Store Connect in Agent C. It replaces that language's screenshots for the selected device size and never submits the app for review. If no editable version exists, the user must approve creation by passing create_version=true.
The service accepts a maximum of ten screenshots per upload request. The upload-link method is intended for files on disk; upload_screenshots is available when an agent must send base64 data or public URLs. Unlocking may cost $9.99 unless a free unlock or Studio subscription applies, and the agent cannot complete payment on the user's behalf.
