A side-by-side look at the Accord Trace and CipherHUB Cryptography Toolkit MCP servers: transport, auth, tools, quality signals, and the config to install either one in Claude, Cursor, Windsurf or VS Code.
Verdict: choose Accord Trace for cryptography work over a hosted endpoint; choose CipherHUB Cryptography Toolkit for cryptography over a hosted endpoint. You can also run both side by side in one mcpServers block.
hash_sum, hmac_sum, block_cipher_encrypt.Rows where the two servers differ are marked.
