Soluble(s) — Podcast de journalisme de solutions MCP server makes the podcast’s editorial material available to MCP-compatible AI applications. The source is Soluble(s), an independent French solutions-journalism podcast launched in 2022. Its catalogue contains more than 120 episodes covering climate, ecology, biodiversity, social issues, and related societal challenges.

The server supports discovery as well as focused retrieval. An agent can search for episodes related to a need, question, keyword, mood, category, or context; request recent publications; receive recommendations; or extract practical actions as a checklist. Search results can include episode pages and links to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. Content is intended to come from the podcast’s verified editorial data rather than from generated episode details.

A dedicated Junior capability covers more than 97 child-adapted episodes for ages 6–12. This is relevant when a parent, teacher, or youth educator needs material about topics such as climate, biodiversity, citizenship, or everyday life.

## How it works

The service uses Server-Sent Events (SSE) and is hosted as Netlify serverless functions, so users do not need to install the repository locally. MCP clients connect to `https://mcp.csoluble.media/api/mcp`. The server obtains its content from WordPress REST APIs on `csoluble.media`.

The exposed tools include `find_solutions_for_need`, `search_solutions_concretes`, `get_latest_solutions`, `recommend_solutions`, `get_concrete_actions`, `search_across_apis`, and `find_junior_versions`. Their main inputs are a question or need, a search query, a result limit, a context, or an optional Junior search term.

The underlying REST interfaces can also be queried directly. The solutions endpoint accepts filters such as query, mood, category, and limit. The search endpoint supports query, mood, need, category, limit, and format. Episode pages can expose structured Markdown through a `/md/` path, and an episodes CSV is available as open data.

## Setup and configuration

Add the hosted SSE URL to an MCP client configuration. Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Windsurf use the endpoint as an SSE server. Claude Code can register it with the SSE transport and the same URL. No API key or other environment variable is required.

The service is publicly accessible and read-only.

## Limitations and notes
