# Salvage & Surplus MCP (sati-grumpy)

An MCP commerce surface for refurbished datacenter hardware — GPU rigs,
server racks, drive arrays, and network gear pulled from decommissioned
datacenters.

## Payment discovery

Serves a passive [x402](https://www.x402.org/) manifest at
`/.well-known/x402` and `/.well-known/x402.json`, describing per-tool
USDC pricing on base-sepolia for autonomous agent payment flows.

## Running locally
