## What Meu Ecommerce MCP server does

Meu Ecommerce MCP server gives AI agents access to Correios shipping operations through a connected Meu Ecommerce store. The hosted service exposes shipping quotes, parcel tracking, label generation, label PDF retrieval, and diagnostic actions through MCP tools.

The connection is intended for stores that already use Meu Ecommerce to configure shipping information. Agents can request rates for an order and destination CEP, inspect Correios tracking events, create a pre-posting and label, or download a label that has already been generated. The server also includes read-only diagnostics for investigating failed or incomplete operations.

## How it works

The service runs remotely at `https://app.meuecommerce.com.br/mcp` and communicates over Streamable HTTP. There is no server package or local implementation in this repository; the repository contains the public server description, logo, and documentation.

Authentication can use OAuth with Authorization Code, PKCE S256, and dynamic client registration, or a store secret key. For key-based access, clients send the key as a bearer token in the `Authorization` header. OAuth discovery uses the protected-resource and authorization-server metadata endpoints published by Meu Ecommerce. A `401` response before authorization is expected during discovery.

A store connection exposes the complete tool set, while store prerequisites are checked when each tool runs. This lets an agent connect first and receive an operation-specific result when configuration is missing or incomplete.

## Setup and configuration

Meu Ecommerce MCP server requires a store connection rather than a local installation. Configure the store in the Meu Ecommerce application, then add the remote MCP URL to a client that supports remote MCP servers.

For OAuth-capable clients, add the server and complete store login and authorization in the browser. The README gives Claude as an example. Clients that accept custom headers can use Streamable HTTP with a bearer value in this form:

Store keys should be kept in a secrets manager. Do not place them in prompts, repositories, or browser-executed code.

Shipping quotes require an origin CEP, shipping services, and a configured plan. Label operations additionally require the merchant's authenticated Correios contract and enabled label integration.

## Tools and capabilities

Meu Ecommerce MCP server provides these tools:

- `get_shipping_rates`: quotes Correios shipping for an order and destination CEP.
- `track_shipment`: returns tracking events for Correios parcels.
- `generate_label`: creates the Correios pre-posting and generates a label.
- `get_label_pdf`: downloads a previously generated label as a PDF.
- `recover_label_pdf`: retrieves a confirmed label attempt by `supportCode` without issuing another label.
- `diagnose_label_issue`: reads label attempts, evidence, and the suggested next action.
- `link_label_support_ticket`: attaches a support ticket reference to a label attempt without sending external messages.
- `diagnose_quote_issue`: lists recorded store quotes without performing a new quote.
- `diagnose_contract_issue`: lists Correios contract setup steps without saving contract data.

The diagnostic tools read the store's own history. They can be used before repeating an operation that failed.

## Limitations and notes

This is a hosted service, not a server that can be installed from the repository. Its operations depend on the connected store's configuration and Correios contract status. The server works with the store's own quote, label, contract, and support history; the provided material does not describe access to other stores or external messaging.

Label recovery is limited to confirmed attempts identified by `supportCode`, and diagnostic tools do not retry the underlying operation. The repository documents the integration in Portuguese and states that the server source code is not distributed there. The repository documentation and files are licensed under MIT.
