## Description
Email verify (MX), website contacts, LinkedIn jobs, YouTube data via RapidAPI. Bring your own key.

## Claude Desktop Quick Installation
Install path detected from listing signals. Uses `npx` (confidence: high):

```json
"mcpServers": {
  "leadharbor-mcp": {
    "command": "npx",
    "args": ["-y","leadharbor-mcp"],
    "env": {
      "RAPIDAPI_KEY": ""
    }
  }
}
```

**Requires environment variables:** `RAPIDAPI_KEY` — the values above are empty placeholders; fill in real credentials before running (see the repository for what each one is for).

## Documentation

## What leadharbor-mcp MCP server does

The leadharbor-mcp MCP server connects MCP clients to the LeadHarbor API listings available through RapidAPI. Its tools cover four related tasks: checking email properties, finding contact details on websites, searching public LinkedIn jobs, and retrieving YouTube information.

Email verification reports syntax, typo, disposable, role-based, and free-provider flags, along with MX, SPF, and DMARC results. Website contact extraction looks through a site's home, contact, and about pages for email addresses, phone numbers, and social links.

The LinkedIn tools search public job results and retrieve details for a selected job. They use a logged-out guest endpoint rather than an authenticated LinkedIn session. The YouTube tools support search, channel upload data, and video metadata.

## How it works

An MCP client starts the package with `npx -y leadharbor-mcp` and passes a RapidAPI key through the environment. The server then calls the LeadHarbor listings on RapidAPI, including the email verifier, website contact extractor, LinkedIn jobs search, and YouTube data APIs. The client can invoke the exposed tools as part of an agent workflow.

RapidAPI handles subscription billing for the required listings. According to the project material, the server itself stores nothing. A RapidAPI subscription to the relevant LeadHarbor listings is still required before the tools can return data.

## Setup and configuration

Add the server to an MCP client's configuration with the `npx` command and set `RAPIDAPI_KEY` to your own RapidAPI credential:

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "leadharbor": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "leadharbor-mcp"],
      "env": { "RAPIDAPI_KEY": "your-rapidapi-key" }
    }
  }
}
```

The key must have access to the LeadHarbor listings on the publisher's RapidAPI page. The documented setup does not list additional environment variables or configuration files.

## Tools and capabilities

The leadharbor-mcp MCP server provides these tools:

- `verify_email`: Checks address syntax and related flags, plus MX, SPF, and DMARC information.
- `extract_website_contacts`: Extracts emails, phone numbers, and social links from homepage, contact, and about pages.
- `search_linkedin_jobs`: Searches public LinkedIn job listings.
- `get_linkedin_job`: Gets details for a public LinkedIn job.
- `search_youtube`: Searches YouTube.
- `get_youtube_channel`: Retrieves channel upload information.
- `get_youtube_video`: Retrieves video metadata.

## Limitations and notes

The email tool performs MX-only verification. It does not contact the mailbox, so it cannot prove that an address exists or identify catch-all domains. LinkedIn requests use a logged-out guest endpoint and may be rate-limited by LinkedIn. Access to every capability depends on having the corresponding LeadHarbor subscription through RapidAPI. This places the leadharbor-mcp MCP server in the Search & Data Extraction category for workflows that need these specific sources.
