Launch Library 2 MCP — global rocket launch data

## Tools

| `previous_launches` | Historical launches. |
| `get_launch` | Single launch detail. |
| `list_agencies` | Space agencies + private operators. |
| `list_astronauts` | Astronaut directory. |
| `list_events` | Non-launch space events (dockings, spacewalks, conferences). |
| `list_expeditions` | Crewed expeditions (ISS, Tiangong, lunar, etc.). |
