## Description
Schedule posts to 10 social platforms and check drafts against hook rules learned from your audience

## Tools
Capabilities this server exposes over MCP:

- **list_connections** — account ids, handles and platforms. Call first.
- **list_hook_rules** — rules learned from this account's completed hook tests
- **check_draft** — check a caption against those rules before publishing
- **schedule_post** — save a draft, or schedule a post, with or without media (public https URLs). TikTok needs `tiktokPrivacy`.
- **list_posts** — drafts, scheduled, posted and failed. Filter with `status`, keep `limit` small.
- **get_post** — one post by id: caption, media, schedule, status, and per-platform links once published
- **cancel_post** — delete a post that has not gone out yet. Refuses published posts and hook-test posts.
- **get_performance** — metrics for published posts: totals across all of them, plus the newest `limit` in detail
- **list_evergreen** — posts that already performed and are being recycled
- **get_link_in_bio** — the kreatormesh.com/@name page and its last 30 days: views, taps per link, top source apps and countries
- **create_hook_test** — start a hook test. Schedules real posts, so confirm first.

## Claude Desktop Quick Installation
Install path detected from listing signals. Uses `npx` (confidence: high):

```json
"mcpServers": {
  "kreatormesh": {
    "command": "npx",
    "args": ["-y","kreatormesh-cli"],
    "env": {
      "KREATORMESH_API_KEY": ""
    }
  }
}
```

**Requires environment variables:** `KREATORMESH_API_KEY` — the values above are empty placeholders; fill in real credentials before running (see the repository for what each one is for).

## Documentation

## What the KreatorMesh MCP server does

The KreatorMesh MCP server gives an AI agent access to KreatorMesh social publishing and audience-measurement functions. It supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile.

The workflow begins with `list_connections`, which returns account IDs, handles, and connected platforms. An agent can then inspect rules learned from completed hook tests, evaluate a caption, save or schedule a post, and review the resulting status. Published content can be examined through performance metrics, while link-in-bio reporting includes recent page views, link taps, source applications, and countries.

The KreatorMesh MCP server also exposes `create_hook_test` for starting audience-specific hook experiments. These tests schedule real posts, so an agent should confirm the action before calling the tool.

## How it works

Draft text is checked with `check_draft` against rules learned for the selected account. This result is only available after a hook test has completed; an empty result means that no rules have been learned, not that the draft passed.

`schedule_post` can store a draft or arrange publication, with optional media. Media must be supplied as public HTTPS URLs and remain available when the platform fetches it. TikTok additionally requires `tiktokPrivacy`. `list_posts` can filter by status, and `get_post` returns details for one post, including platform links after publication. `cancel_post` only handles posts that have not gone live.

## Setup and configuration

A KreatorMesh account on the Creator plan or higher is required. The MCP endpoint is `https://api.kreatormesh.com/api/mcp`.

OAuth can be used by clients with a connector interface. Add the endpoint as a custom connector and approve access. Claude Code can register it with an HTTP MCP transport, then authenticate through `/mcp`.

For scripts, CI, or clients without a sign-in flow, create an API key and send it as a Bearer token. Set `KREATORMESH_API_KEY` when using the bundled configuration or the CLI. The CLI setup command is `npx kreatormesh-cli setup --key km_live_...`; Node 18 or newer is required, and the CLI has no dependencies. The environment variable is preferred in CI because it does not write the key to disk.

## Tools and capabilities

The KreatorMesh MCP server provides tools for:

- Finding connected accounts and learned hook rules.
- Checking captions before publication.
- Saving, scheduling, listing, inspecting, and cancelling posts.
- Reading aggregate and recent published-post performance.
- Finding evergreen posts being recycled.
- Reviewing link-in-bio activity for the last 30 days.
- Starting hook tests that publish real posts.

## Limitations and notes

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest require media, while X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile accept text-only posts. Hook tests require a platform that reports views: X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, or TikTok. Bluesky and LinkedIn are not eligible because they report likes and comments only.

Published posts cannot be cancelled through the tool. API keys cannot create, list, or revoke other API keys, and each key operates with its owner's permissions. Keys are stored hashed by the service and shown only once; the CLI stores its local key in `~/.kreatormesh/config.json` unless the environment variable is used.
