# IPOSignal — MCP server, A2A agent card, x402 API

Machine-readable IPO intelligence from [iposignal.xyz](https://iposignal.xyz): deal terms, SEC
filings, AI research, proprietary market and social sentiment, and live valuation metrics for any
US-listed company.

Three ways in, all against the same data:

## Paying with x402

Endpoints under `/api/agent/*` are machine-payable using the open
[x402](https://docs.x402.org/core-concepts/http-402) protocol. USDC on Base mainnet
(`eip155:8453`).

1. Call the endpoint. Unpaid requests return **HTTP 402** with a `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` header
   describing price, asset, network and recipient.
2. Your x402 client signs the payment and retries with a `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE` header.
3. The payment is verified **and settled on-chain**, then the data returns with a
   `PAYMENT-RESPONSE` settlement header.

### Prices

Live values are always in the agent card under `payment.prices` — read them there rather than
hardcoding.
