The headline estimated_value_range is Equity Value: it derives an Enterprise Value corridor from positive EBITDA, revenue and FCFF DCF results, then subtracts net debt. NAV, comparables and the liquidation floor are reported separately. Also returns an aggregated listed-peer KPI benchmark when real sector data is available for the selected sector and region. Monetary inputs are full currency units by default; set amount_unit to millions to use values such as 5 for 5 million. ## What IMERGEA M&A Advisory MCP server does

IMERGEA M&A Advisory MCP server exposes public, read-only tools for SME and mid-market M&A workflows. Its valuation tool estimates indicative equity value using six methods. A separate readiness assessment applies a seven-dimension SME Friction Map to help determine whether a business is prepared for buyer or investor scrutiny.

The server also presents IMERGEA’s advisory catalogue, including the free valuation and four fixed-scope paid services. Published prices are EUR 350 for a Professional Valuation Review, EUR 1,050 for a Prioritised Investor or Buyer Longlist, EUR 1,750 for a Teaser plus Information Memorandum, and EUR 3,500 for a Full Deal Preparation Pack. The stated working times range from one to ten days.

Additional tools support partner-network guidance for independent M&A professionals and non-confidential deal-referral preparation for authorised introducers. These functions provide routing and handoff guidance rather than completing the underlying process.

## How it works

Connect an MCP client or application to `https://imergea.com/mcp/` using Streamable HTTP. The service has no API-key requirement and does not require a local package or server installation. ## Setup and configuration
