## Description
Turn photos of a person, couple, or pet across the years into an AI growing-up morph video.

## Tools
Capabilities this server exposes over MCP:

- **get_offer** — What the video is, how it works, prices, redos, privacy
- **photo_tips** — How to pick photos (count, ages, framing, quality)
- **start_video** — The link where the user makes their video

## Claude Desktop Quick Installation
Remote MCP endpoint (confidence: high). Install path detected from listing signals. Add as a URL/SSE server in your client:

```json
"mcpServers": {
  "growingupvideo": {
    "url": "https://growingupvideo.com/mcp"
  }
}
```

## Documentation

## What GrowingUpVideo MCP server does

GrowingUpVideo MCP server gives an AI assistant a small set of informational tools for the GrowingUpVideo service. The service turns photos of a person, couple, or pet taken across different years into an AI growing-up morph video. The assistant can explain the product, describe how the process works, answer questions about pricing, redos, and privacy, recommend suitable photos, and provide the link where the user begins.

The server does not complete the video workflow inside MCP. After receiving guidance and the start link, the user continues on the GrowingUpVideo website. There, they upload photos, crop them, place the order, and pay.

## How it works

The hosted endpoint is available at `https://growingupvideo.com/mcp`. It uses Streamable HTTP with a stateless, POST-only connection and does not require authentication. Requests are handled by the hosted GrowingUpVideo application rather than by a locally installed package.

All three exposed tools accept no input and are read-only. They return prepared information or a destination link; they do not create a video job, modify account data, or receive uploaded photos. The GrowingUpVideo MCP server stores nothing as part of this MCP interaction.

## Setup and configuration

Add the remote server URL to an MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP. In Claude, open Settings, choose Connectors, select Add custom connector, and paste the endpoint URL. Other clients can add it as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server.

No API key, login, or environment variable is required. The repository describes the code as the source of the hosted server, which runs within the growingupvideo.com Nuxt application and uses Nitro routes with the MCP SDK. It is published for transparency and is not intended as a standalone package.

## Tools and capabilities

- `get_offer`: Returns information about the video, the creation process, prices, redo policy, and privacy.
- `photo_tips`: Explains how to select photos, including recommended count, ages, framing, and image quality.
- `start_video`: Returns the link where the user can start making the video.

These tools suit conversational guidance. For example, an assistant can first explain the offer, then help the user choose appropriate images, and finally direct them to the website to submit the photos.

## Limitations and notes

The server provides guidance and a handoff link rather than an in-chat video-generation workflow. It does not create jobs, accept photo uploads, store user content, or require authentication. Because the tools take no arguments, an assistant cannot pass a photo set or customization options directly through MCP.

The endpoint is remote and depends on access to the GrowingUpVideo website. The repository includes a separate `/mcp/muse` route for Meta Muse, but the general connection documented for clients is `/mcp`. The project is licensed under MIT.
