## Description
Discover and procure governed AI capabilities with machine-readable price, scope, and trust terms.

## Tools
Capabilities this server exposes over MCP:

- **discover_listings** — Discover governed GateCore marketplace capabilities with machine-readable pricing,
    required scopes, and minimum trust terms. Results preserve the marketplace's organic order.
- **get_listing** — Fetch one governed marketplace listing and its machine-enforceable contract terms:
    price, required scopes, minimum trust, target, and data classification.
- **procure** — Request governed procurement for a listing. In public full mode, identity comes from
    the MCP access key, trust comes from GateCore's baseline, and the result is a PROCURE,
    REVIEW, or DENY decision with gateway delegation when eligible.
- **authorize_access** — Authorize signed access to a governed listing. Purpose is forwarded unchanged when
    present; policy at the gateway decides whether the declared purpose is allowed.
- **complete_access** — Hash seller output locally, attest completion with the buyer agent key, and return
    the terminal signed receipt. Seller output itself is never forwarded or returned.
- **list_procurements** — List procurement decisions for the credential tenant in public modes.
- **request_listing_access** — Submit an idempotent listing-access request for the credential's tenant and agent.
- **submit_lead** — Submit a consented consumer lead to a supported published listing.

## Claude Desktop Quick Installation
Remote MCP endpoint (confidence: high). Install path detected from listing signals. Add as a URL/SSE server in your client:

```json
"mcpServers": {
  "gatecore-marketplace": {
    "url": "https://mcp.gatecoreai.com/mcp"
  }
}
## Documentation
## What GateCore Marketplace MCP server does
GateCore Marketplace MCP server connects MCP clients to GateCore’s governed marketplace. It provides structured listing data so an agent can compare capabilities using explicit prices, permission scopes, minimum trust requirements, targets, and data classifications. Discovery is publicly available, while transaction-related actions use a GateCore-issued MCP access key.
The service is designed for agents that need to evaluate a capability before requesting it. A listing’s terms are represented as contract fields rather than requiring the agent to infer price, permissions, or trust from a sales page. This supports policy checks before procurement and gives operators a defined record of what was requested and under which terms.
## How it works
Connect an MCP client to `https://mcp.gatecoreai.com/mcp`, the hosted streamable HTTP endpoint. The repository also publishes the MCP manifest at `https://mcp.gatecoreai.com/.well-known/mcp.json` and identifies the registry entry as `com.gatecoreai/marketplace`.
Unauthenticated clients can call `discover_listings` to retrieve published marketplace entries and `get_listing` to read an individual listing’s contract. These responses include machine-readable pricing in cents, required scopes, minimum trust, target information, and data classification.
A GateCore MCP access key uses the `gcmk_` prefix. With that credential, an agent can call `procure`, which returns `PROCURE`, `REVIEW`, or `DENY`; an eligible result includes gateway delegation metadata. The same credential enables `list_procurements` for decisions visible to its tenant and `submit_lead` for sending a consented lead to an accepting listing.
## Setup and configuration
No local service deployment is described. Configure an MCP client to use the hosted endpoint. Discovery requires no key or account. Obtain a free, self-serve access key from the GateCore developer portal when procurement, procurement history, or lead submission is needed. The credential supplies agent identity and tenant scope instead of taking those values from tool arguments.
The repository includes a quickstart with the exact handshake and example calls, plus lightweight examples for discovery and listing retrieval. The public marketplace is available at `https://gatecoreai.com/marketplace/`.
## Tools and capabilities
The GateCore Marketplace MCP server exposes these documented tools:
- `discover_listings`: returns published listings with structured price, scope, and trust information.
- `get_listing`: returns one listing’s machine-enforceable contract.
- `procure`: requests a governed procurement decision.
- `list_procurements`: reads procurement decisions available to the credential’s tenant.
- `submit_lead`: sends a consented consumer lead to a listing that accepts leads.
Governed decisions produce signed receipts binding the request, policy decision, and settlement. Receipts use Ed25519 signatures. Public signing keys are published at `https://api.gatecoreai.com/v1/receipts/keys`, and browser-based verification is available at `https://gatecoreai.com/verify`; verification does not require an account or a callback to GateCore.
## Limitations and notes
Public discovery does not grant procurement access. Procurement, procurement history, and lead submission require a GateCore-issued access key, and lead submission only applies to listings that accept leads. The material documents the hosted streamable HTTP endpoint and client examples, but does not specify a local transport or a local installation process.
GateCore Marketplace MCP server is licensed under Apache License 2.0. The repository’s `server.json` is the manifest for its official MCP registry entry.
