Five high-frequency developer utilities as MCP tools — **UUID generation, timestamp conversion (Beijing time), unit conversion, JSON formatting/validation, and QR-code generation**. Everything runs locally; four of the five tools use only the Python standard library.

## 📡 Dependencies & privacy

- `generate_uuid`, `convert_timestamp`, `convert_unit`, `format_json` use **only the Python standard library**.
- `generate_qr` uses the pure-Python [`qrcode`](https://pypi.org/project/qrcode/) package with its SVG path image factory — SVG output needs **no Pillow/native deps**. PNG output is optional and requires Pillow.
- **Zero network calls, zero API keys** — fully deterministic and safe for sensitive data.
