Search public procurement notices from 17 sources across Germany, the EU and the UK. Read-only.

## Tools
Capabilities this server exposes over MCP:

- **agentleads.search_tenders** — Search open notices by keyword, ISO-3 country, CPV code, relevance score, deadline window and contract value. Optional AI summary per hit.
- **agentleads.get_tender** — One notice in full, by id.
- **agentleads.summarize_tender** — Labelled AI short form of a notice, `de` or `en`.
- **agentleads.source_status** — Freshness per connected procurement portal — last successful poll, counts, last error.
- **agentleads.countries** — Indexed countries (ISO-3) with the number of open procedures.
- **agentleads.fulltext_search** — Full text across indexed notices. Requires a plan that permits it.

# Ausschreibungsagenten MCP Server

Public procurement notices (tenders) from 17 connected sources across Germany,
the EU and the United Kingdom — as MCP tools.

Read-only. Every hit links to the authoritative original notice; this service
never submits a bid and gives no legal advice.

This repository is documentation and discovery metadata. The server itself is
operated by Yawusa UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin.

No credentials are needed to start. `search_tenders` is open to anonymous
callers at 60 requests per hour.

CPV filtering accepts full 8-digit codes for exact matches and shorter numeric
prefixes for whole divisions — `45` matches all of construction.

## Authentication

Anonymous access covers the public preview. Higher limits and `fulltext_search`
use an API key as an HTTP Bearer token:

No other header is evaluated — a request sent with `X-API-Key` counts as
unauthenticated and runs in the anonymous limit. Free keys:

## Sources

TED, service.bund.de, Datenservice Öffentlicher Einkauf, DTVP, RIB, the state
and regional portals of Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg,
Vergabeportal BW, Bremen, Saxony, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Hesse,
Rhineland-Palatinate and Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar, plus GB Find a Tender and
Contracts Finder. Above and below the EU threshold.

Coverage is not claimed to be complete. `source_status` states per portal what
is actually being polled and when it last succeeded — check it before relying on
completeness.
